1. Service description

CicPic provides online AI image generation, including text-to-image, reference-image generation, model and resolution choices, history, balance top-ups, usage records, and related tools.

Generation is probabilistic and may be affected by prompts, references, model capability, network conditions, queues, and upstream services. We aim for stability but cannot guarantee every result will meet expectations.

2. Accounts and security

Keep your account, email, login session, and credentials secure. You are responsible for generation, top-up, download, referral, and other activity under your account.

Contact support promptly if you notice account takeover, unusual login, balance changes, or order problems.

3. Top-ups, balance, and billing

CicPic charges according to model, resolution, and other generation parameters. The price shown before generation and the actual billing record control.

Top-ups are added to in-app balance for CicPic image generation. Top-ups generally cannot be refunded, withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

Promotional, trial, and bonus credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged and may be used only under the applicable campaign rules.

4. Refunds for failed generations

If a task fails and no usable result is returned, the generation fee is refunded to in-app balance. Details appear in usage records.

A result that does not match subjective expectations, unclear prompts, unsuitable settings, low-quality references, or platform rejection is not automatically a failed generation.

For missing balance, duplicate charges, stuck tasks, or missing refunds, keep the order number, task time, and screenshots and contact support.

5. User content and authorization

You must have lawful rights to reference images, brand assets, likenesses, product images, copy, trademarks, works, and other uploaded content.

You are responsible for infringement, breach, complaints, penalties, or disputes caused by your uploads, prompts, or use of results.

6. Prohibited conduct

Do not submit or generate illegal, infringing, fraudulent, sexually explicit, violent, terrorist, forged-document, privacy-invasive, abusive, or other high-risk content.

Do not use the site for abuse, bulk registration, abnormal payments, arbitrage, attacks, scraping of non-public data, service disruption, or evasion of risk controls.

We may restrict generation, suspend accounts, freeze benefits, remove content, or take other necessary action for violations.

7. Use of generated results

Before publishing or commercial use, review text accuracy, factual accuracy, copyright, likeness, trademark, platform rules, advertising compliance, and industry requirements.

AI content may contain errors, inconsistencies, factual deviations, or visual defects. Important commercial use should receive human review.

8. Service changes and interruption

Models, prices, resolutions, speed, aspect ratios, availability, and campaign rules may change due to costs, upstream services, policy, or technical upgrades.

We will try to restore service when maintenance, network failures, upstream incidents, force majeure, regulation, or security events interrupt or limit features.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CicPic is not responsible for indirect or commercial losses, platform penalties, or third-party claims arising from publishing, advertising, selling, or promoting generated results.

Our responsibility is limited to verified problems actually experienced by the user and will normally be addressed through replacement, balance credit, correction, or support.
